The focus of this work included building department budgets, establishing and refining operational processes, assessing risks, upleveling managers, and creating a scalable infrastructure for growth. Additionally, she reviewed payroll companies and processes, examined legal agreements, developed manuals and guidelines, assessed HR compliance, and supported talent needs by interviewing candidates and screening resumes.
